You can browse the website without filling in the contact form. The form asks for a name and project description; email is optional. Providing this information is voluntary. Without a way to contact you or enough information about your request, the studio may be unable to respond or prepare a proposal.

How the WhatsApp form works

Form entries stay in the current page until you choose to continue. The website does not save them in a contact database or browser storage. Continuing opens WhatsApp and passes your draft text to that service through a link. Campaign labels from the page address may be included in the draft to show how you found the studio.

The studio receives the message only when you send it in WhatsApp. You can review, edit or cancel the draft there. If you send a message, the studio receives its contents and the contact information WhatsApp makes available, such as your phone number and profile name. Email enquiries are processed through the email service you use and the studio’s mailbox.

How enquiries are used

Information you send is used to respond to your enquiry, understand your project, prepare a proposal and communicate about any work you commission. Campaign labels help identify the source of an enquiry. Your enquiry is not published on this website. Contacting the studio does not sign you up to an automated mailing list.

Website delivery and technical information

The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites and delivered using Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and delivery providers may process technical request information, including IP addresses, requested URLs, browser or device information and access times, to deliver, secure and maintain the website. Their own privacy policies apply to their processing. These providers and messaging services may process information in countries other than your own.

Cookies and advertising tracking

Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel have not been installed on this version of the website. The website does not store your language choice or form entries in browser storage. Hosting providers may use operational or security technologies. Videos and fonts are served from this website rather than embedded social media players. This notice will be updated if the website’s tracking practices change.

Sharing and retention

Information is handled by the studio and the providers needed to deliver the website and your chosen communication channel. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by law. Enquiry correspondence is retained as needed to handle your request, any resulting project and applicable record-keeping obligations. Retention within hosting, email and messaging services also depends on those providers’ settings and policies.

Your requests and choices

You can ask the studio about personal information it holds about you and request access, correction or deletion by emailing the contact address below. Requests are handled in accordance with applicable law; some information may need to be retained for legal or record-keeping reasons. For information held independently by WhatsApp or another provider, use that provider’s privacy settings or contact process.
